This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. • Ensure application, implementation and effectiveness of the Quality, Enviromental, OH&S, Business Continuity, Management and Energy Management systems (ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  45001, ISO
  22301 & ISO
  50001).
• Light Involvement at the ISO 17025 MS and MID (Measuring Instrument Directive).

• Attention to detail in regard to record keeping, quality / Env and OH&S process compliance etc.
• Timely adaptation of Q / Env and OH&S processes to legal, Customers or stakeholders’ requirements.
• Continual monitoring and review of the Global IMS as well as Energy Management templates.

• Deliver good communication and cooperation within the Q/Env and OH&S teams as well as with all other internal/external contacts.
• Deliver good communication and cooperation with the auditees.
• Identify areas of process improvement and initiate and co‑ordinate implementation of relevant actions.
• Strive for both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to all organizational changes and align Management Systems to organizational objectives.

• Strong cooperation and coordination with internal organization.
• Appropriate Interfacing with internal organization.
• Facilitate Certification Bodies’ audits in an open and constructive manner.

• Adherence of internal processes to required Quality / Env / OH&S and Business Continuity standards / requirements (ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  45001, ISO
  22301 & ISO
  50001).
• Performance of internal audits to assure adherence to Quality / Env and OH&S processes.
• Review Q / Env/ OH&S processes and work instructions to establish coherence to legal, Customers and Stakeholders’ requirements.
• Support to draft a yearly MS Management review.
• Report (SOFi, HMA) and handle the recycling process of waste materials with external partners.

• University degree in Engineering or other Τechnical fields.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems of at least 2 years.
• Experience in Environmental Management Systems of at least 2 years.
• Experience in OH&S Management Systems of at least 2 years.
• Experience in BC Management Systems of at least 2 years.
• Experience in Energy Management System will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience in ISO
  17025 will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluency in English language.
• Very good knowledge of computer use.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal requirements regarding Environmental and OH&S MS.
• Ability to adopt and implement quality systems requirements.
• High attention to detail.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Intercultural experience.

• Knowledge of electronic components characteristics.
• German language.
