A company is looking for an Equity Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Administer day-to‑day equity transactions and manage equity awards
- Perform data integrity checks and reconcile equity transactions across various platforms
- Prepare equity reporting and support regulatory compliance and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience administering equity compensation programs, preferably at a U.S.
-based public company - Hands‑on experience with RSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and equity‑related compliance requirements
- Experience supporting audits and SOX controls
