A company is looking for a Hard Money Loan Officer (Remote).
Responsibilities- Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service
- Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility and alignment with underwriting criteria
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to close, while collaborating with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree and / or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services industry
- Minimum of 1 year of consultative / inside sales experience
- Proven track record of closing 5+ loans / month for residential investments
- Strong computer skills and tech savviness of CRM platforms
- High level of perseverance and a strong work ethic
