Per Diem – During the week PRN coverage for outpatient and weekend opportunities in our inpatient hospital

Compensation: $60.00 per hour

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients/families.
• Set goals and develop treatment plans.
• Work cooperatively to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs.
• Participate in discharge planning, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants, and supervise PT and PTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify treatment during sessions as needed.
• Complete documentation according to department policies and procedures.
• Participate in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in‑services.

• State licensure:
  Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Certified BLS:
  Possess or obtain within 90 days of employment.
