What you will be doing

• Prepare daily staff schedules and complete work distribution reports, ensuring all areas of the hotel are properly assigned and covered.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify they meet Le Méridien’s distinguished cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train and guide new housekeeping associates while providing ongoing coaching and development for existing team members.
• Review early make-ups, special requests, and VIP accommodations to guarantee seamless guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate written records for all lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Run daily departure reports and re-inspect all rooms within your assigned section to ensure readiness and perfection.
• Promptly complete and submit work orders for maintenance needs, and immediately report any safety or security concerns to management for swift resolution.
