As a true "People Manager," you are a trusted figure and enjoy building the HR department together with the founders in a rapidly growing company. You shape the HR-related processes, support the development of the team, and take responsibility for the recruiting pipeline.

• Support in recruiting new team members in all areas
• Management of employee development and all other personnel issues
• Development of HR processes, e.g., onboarding and employee feedback
• Introduction of HR management software
• Identification of HR trends and derivation of concrete, implementable measures
• Operational personal support, e.g., leave requests, company bike, team events, etc.

• Completed degree in economics, communications, or social sciences or a comparable, completed education
• Several years of professional experience in operational HR (ideally in a start-up environment) and knowledge of labor law
• Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and a hands‑on mentality
• Proficient use of MS Office or the G‑Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in German, English proficient in negotiations
