We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support multi-site operations and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role is a key strategic partner, providing leadership guidance and delivering impactful HR solutions across the organization.

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Lead and manage HR projects, including developing project plans, preparing leadership dashboards, and supporting enterprise HR programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Provide leadership coaching and support to managers, fostering talent development and performance management.
• Standardize HR processes across multiple sites to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Expertise in workforce analytics, process standardization, and HR program implementation.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders effectively.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
