Senior Systems Administrator​/Denton TX​/Onsite

We’re looking for a fully on‑site Senior System Administrator to join a rapidly growing IT team in Denton, TX. With 30‑35% client growth in a single quarter, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑environment setting. You’ll work directly with the IT Director and Team Lead, supporting a mix of on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud‑adjacent infrastructures for a variety of clients.

You will step into a highly collaborative, culture‑focused environment where every day brings new systems, new challenges, and real ownership. This team operates like a generalist powerhouse, touching servers, networks, hypervisors, M365, AWS, hardware, and escalated tickets all in one place. You’ll have direct impact on customer environments, rapid skill growth, and the chance to help shape how the team scales during a major expansion phase.

• Strong hands‑on experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Experience with Hyper‑V or VMware
• Familiarity with M365 / hybrid cloud environments
• Ability to troubleshoot VLANs, switches, and network configs
• Experience supporting multiple customer environments
• Power Shell scripting for automation
• Excellent communication and client‑facing professionalism
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in Denton, TX

• Experience in an MSP environment
• JAMF experience or advanced Intune knowledge
• AWS experience
• Strong documentation habits
• Comfort handling escalations and white‑glove support scenarios

• 40% Windows Server Administration – maintenance, troubleshooting, AD, patching
• 30% Virtualization & Infrastructure Projects – Hyper‑V, VMware, upgrades, migrations
• 15% Hybrid/M365/AWS Support – cloud‑adjacent environments, identity, licensing
• 10% Networking Support – VLANs, switches, routing basics
• 5% Automation & MDM – Power Shell, Intune, Jamf
