Mana Med building the future of medical technology, and we are looking for a bleeding‑edge AI Brand Operator— a hands‑on creator who combines world‑class content production with advanced AI systems building.

If you can produce cinematic content, build AI agents, and scale brand equity like a billion‑dollar company, this is the most important role you’ll leverage.

The AI Brand Operator is responsible for exploding Mana Med’s digital presence, creating high-output video and visual content, and building AI agents that power our internal operations. You will create at the level of an entire studio—leveraging AI to increase speed, quality, and reach.

You will also strategically amplify the brand through access to our CEO’s 36,000+ follower Linked In network.

This role is ahead of its time: part creator, part AI systems architect, part brand visionary.

• Produce high-volume, cinematic videos and graphics.
• Build a premium, consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Drive daily/weekly distribution on Linked In, You Tube, and Instagram.

• Build internal AI tools for content, CS, QMS drafting, marketing, onboarding, and automation.
• Create reusable internal agents that dramatically increase team efficiency.
• Continuously refine systems as a self‑learning AI operator.

• Work with product, regulatory, QMS, accounting, customer service, and BD teams.
• Gather inputs and turn them into world‑class outputs and workflows.
• Accelerate Mana Med’s ability to scale and triple active accounts.

• 5–10 polished video assets created weekly.
• Mana Med’s social presence grows 300–500%.
• Significant reduction in manual work for multiple teams.
• Major product launches supported with cinematic content.
• Surgeons, distributors, and customers recognize Mana Med as an industry leader.

• Creator first—a workhorse with high personal output.
• Expert in AI tools:
  ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Claude, Eleven Labs.
• Fast, self‑learning, obsessed with craft and precision.
• Able to operate like a full creative studio.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑driven environment.
• Hungry, curious, and ahead of the curve.

• Demonstrated portfolio of video creation and content output.
• Strong experience with AI creative tools.
• Ability to build automated content and operational agents.
• No ego—high horsepower, high output, high accountability.

$75,000 – $95,000 base salary, depending on experience.

• Output‑based bonuses tied to brand growth, content creation, and AI deployment.
