Your Role (and Impact)As an Account Coordinator, you'll help keep client engagements organized, efficient, and forward-moving. You'll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly.
You'll :- Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables
- Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings
- Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking
- Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback
- Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In Ads, Hub Spot, etc.) to support strategy and execution
- Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team
- Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities
- Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals
- Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge
