We're looking for a Junior Media Buyer who's eager to learn the ropes of direct-to-consumer advertising, especially in the nuanced and fast-moving world of wellness and compliant compounds.
You'll work alongside a cross‑trained, specialized team that keeps our clients' ads live and scalable primarily within the Meta advertising ecosystem.

What You Bring To The Table- A foundational understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager) through hands‑on experience, coursework, and certifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation habits for internal coordination.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to follow direction and ask smart questions.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple fast‑moving tasks across various client accounts.
- Comfort working independently while escalating major issues when needed.
- Helps troubleshoot and resolve Meta ad compliance issues, including disapprovals and rejections.
- Assist in addressing and managing payment failures, spend limits, verification holds, and related billing issues.
- Make light creative and asset tweaks to ensure ad continuity.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain sustainability process across all investors.
- Document resolutions, monitor issue patterns, and help proactively avoid future disruptions.
- Regularly check third‑party tools for tracking performance for the best operational efficiency as needed.
- Assist in purchasing and setting up domains and different templated landing pages for investors.
- Act as a point of contact for sustainability‑related partners for invoicing.
- Full‑time (40 hours per week)
- Available to work during Eastern Time
- Remote position with the potential for occasional on‑site / off‑site retreats
