Agile Business Analyst​/Scrum Master

Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile pods supporting remote diagnostics and TMS initiatives.

• Backlog Refinement sessions

Drive adherence to established Agile processes and promote Agile best practices across teams.

Monitor sprint execution, team capacity, dependencies, risks, and blockers.

Generate sprint metrics, status reporting, and delivery dashboards.

Manage and maintain Azure Dev Ops boards, workflows, and reporting.

Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs.

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.

Conduct impact analysis and support prioritization activities.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Support future project planning and new product initiatives.

Work closely with Product Owners, validation teams, engineering teams, and vendor partners.

Coordinate activities across internally managed teams and external development organizations.

Support issue resolution, requirement clarification, and release readiness activities.

Ensure proper traceability between requirements, testing activities, defects, and releases.

5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.

3+ years of Business Analyst experience gathering and managing requirements.

Strong experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforcing Agile processes.

Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops including board management, backlog maintenance, reporting, and sprint tracking.

Experience generating sprint reports, delivery metrics, and Agile dashboards.

Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, trucking, telematics, connected vehicle, or transportation technology environments.

Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

Ability to operate independently and drive execution across multiple work streams.

This is a Contract position based out of Denton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
