This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent based in Hickory Creek, TX. The Insurance Agent will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide recommendations, and secure policies that align with their personal or business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing insurance sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and working with insurance carriers to provide competitive policy options.

The role also involves staying updated on industry regulations and trends.

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.
• Background in Finance with the ability to analyze insurance products and offer cost-effective options.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with common insurance industry practices and policies is preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology and relevant software tools for managing client accounts and sales processes.
• Licensure in insurance within the state of Texas or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• Prior experience with insurance brokerage will be considered an asset.
