Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team based on our campus in Madison, WI. This role requires relocation to the area, which we will fully reimburse with financial relocation assistance.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and related areas of potential risk. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Eligibility & Qualifications- COVID-19 vaccination.
- Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and fully reimbursed.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial practice. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
