• Drive achievement of annual sales and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company mission and market trends.
• Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams.
• Oversee key account management and maintain strong client relationships.
• Report sales performance to corporate leadership.
• Contribute to business planning, risk management, and financial forecasting.
• Advise on commercial aspects of contracts and market trends.
• Continuously improve sales processes and budgeting.
• Represent the company with a strong business presence to an international customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25–50%) to engage customers and drive growth.

• 10–15 years of proven success as a business leader with strong business acumen.
• Ability to think strategically and embrace new perspectives.
• Strong mental agility and proactive advocacy for organizational goals.
• Deep knowledge of business practices, processes, and environments.
• Exceptional communication and articulation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage organizational development and achieve sales goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or a technical field.
• 15 years of aerospace industry experience.
• 10 years of leadership experience.
