Responsibilities
We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will teach you to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also build community relationships essential to your business growth. We’ll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions, including DUI/DWI, in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
