Who You Are

You will become part of the Integrated Systems & Partnerships IFG/AMMM Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization as a subcontract management team lead. You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for IFG/AMMM subcontracts with Northrop Grumman. As a team lead, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and sharing expertise with team members on a daily basis and working closely with direct leadership as well as senior leadership to achieve team and organizational goals.

You Will Be Doing

Within this role, you will lead activities that include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing requests for proposals
  • Evaluating subcontractor proposals
  • Developing cost/price analysis, negotiations
  • Purchase order and contract creation/documentation
  • Purchase order maintenance
  • Managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands
  • Communicating across multi-functions within Lockheed Martin
  • Leading and supporting direct team members ensuring success through regular engagement and support
