• Maintaining quality‑assurance processes, testing products, recording and analyzing results data during product development and manufacturing.
• Following through on set processes and ensuring adherence to best production practices.
• Ensuring adherence to product quality standards, monitoring efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of product output.
• Updating internal charts for any CSI activity.
• Completing shift data collection activity report.
• Performing internal audits of process.
• Performing layered process audits.
• Auditing new/replacement team members to ensure they understand the area assignment.
• Photographing and reporting supplier non‑conformance.
• Working with superintendents to drive corrective action and five‑phase reporting.

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience within a quality support role.
• Experience with in Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain/Logistics industries highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a quality technician or related role is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non‑conformities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate quality‑related issues.
• Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
