Production Associate

• $20.50 per hour
• 3rd Shift Differential: $1 per hour

• 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM)
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Training on 1st shift (6 AM–2 PM); after training, will move to 3rd shift.

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud, noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment.

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, military, or similar environment OR completion of post‑high school education in a manufacturing industrial focused program.

• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
