Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Behavioral Health / Residential Care Setting

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured residential environment. This role involves hands‑on patient care, medication management, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality health outcomes and a safe living environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Accurately document all care and maintain patient records in the electronic health system (full training provided).
• Follow established facility procedures and meet all required standards and guidelines for residential and behavioral health settings.

What You Must Have:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in residential, behavioral health, or IDD care settings.
• Compliance with state immunization, drug testing, and fingerprinting requirements.
• Completion of all required training for facility and state standards.
