What You’ll Do- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry – receive full training.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF‑IDD Regulations, Facility Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
- Must possess a valid LVN license.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
- Must pass drug screen, background check & fingerprinting.
- Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday – Saturday
- Note:
Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.
Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre‑employment requirements.
