Schedule:
Full‑time days 7A–7P. Unit:
Abdominal Solid Organ Transplant Unit.
This position may be eligible for a $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, collaborate with the care team, and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. You will follow nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”
What You Will Do- Assess the patient’s condition on admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and act appropriately to adverse reactions.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate degree; BSN required within 24 months of RN hire.
- Minimum one year experience as an RN in a high acuity PCU or critical care unit.
