RN - Post-Acute Care

Lake Forest Village by Pure Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time evening shift in Denton, TX. The RN will provide direct patient care in a post-acute setting, following the established nursing care plan, and work under Unit Manager supervision.

You will administer medications, perform IV therapy, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with the care team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Weekend shifts are required as part of a 24/7 operation.
