Join the team at Robinson Oaks Wellness & Rehabilitation in Denton, TX, where we are dedicated to providing the best care for our patients. We are seeking a qualified Treatment Nurse to serve as the coordinator of our wound team and oversee the general application of our skin management program.

As a Treatment Nurse at Robinson Oaks Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and maintaining effective methods to gather pressure ulcer and skin alteration-related information. You will coordinate and lead weekly wound team rounds, collect and analyze pressure ulcer information, and investigate and identify center practices and risk minimizing measures.

• Identify and maintain effective methods to gather pressure ulcer and skin alteration-related information

• Coordinate and lead weekly wound team rounds, including rounds, measurements, interdisciplinary care plan review, treatment recommendations, physician orders, and required documentation

• Collect, analyze, and provide pressure ulcer information to nursing staff and other healthcare practitioners

• Investigate and identify center practices and risk minimizing measures, including accurate completion of Braden risk scales on admission and implementation of preventive interventions

• Currently licensed as RN in the state of Texas

• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred
