Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians.

• Fertilize, aerate and treat lawns utilizing our ride‑on power equipment
• Shop Work
• Offer New Services to Customers
• No mowing or landscaping!

• VETERANS AND PRIOR MILITARY PREFERRED
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check.

In this role, you will receive the training and guidance to successfully identify grass plants and their seasonal stress and / or diseases, how to properly apply fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides as well as seeding and aeration. Ultimately, you will maintain a portfolio of residential and commercial lawns on your own or as part of a small team.

Experience in Lawn Care is NOT required to be considered for these positions, however candidates must be customer focused and have a passion for always doing the right thing. The rate of pay will reflect previous work history and annual bonus potential is available based on work ethic and personal growth within this position.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
