Leasing Associate – Part Time – Arbors of Denton Apartments

The Leasing Associate will maintain the property, market available units, screen prospective tenants, and manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a positive living experience and uphold the company’s reputation.

• Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants in a positive and knowledgeable manner.
• Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and create and follow up on maintenance requests.
  
  Process leasing applications.
• Advertise available units using multiple media channels.
• Support the Property Manager and Assistant Manager with daily tasks.
• Deliver consistent customer service in the spirit of the Atlantic Housing Foundation Way.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the property management software.
• Maintain up‑to‑ knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules, and regulations related to apartment leasing and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Previous leasing experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
