Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence are what matter most. • Prepare and cook menu items to The Catch’s standards of quality, presentation, and speed
• Work as part of a team to ensure every guest receives delicious food and a great experience
• Follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail and consistency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
• Help with inventory, prep, and restocking as needed
• Stay calm and focused during busy rushes—teamwork makes it happen!

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or a similar kitchen role is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
