• Coaches and observes First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table

• Responds urgently to customer and employee concerns
• Owns repair and maintenance issues and communicates solutions
• Is certified in food safety and coaches on safe food handling
• Scouts, interviews, and hires candidates for the team
• Secures company assets, including POS and equipment
• Knows responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
• Handles inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
• Recognizes outstanding performance
• Accounts for daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin duties and submits required paperwork on time
