Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You'll assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to serve our customers efficiently. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
Job Functions:
- This is a customer-facing position involving customer service duties such as providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Using various tools and equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility, including equipment repair (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing, site inspections, and other duties.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles may be included.
- Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
