Merchandiser – Full Time

$17 - $25.50 an Hour

Base Pay will be commensurate with the level of Beverage Distribution Experience

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm;
Overtime required

This position is responsible for stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays, and inventory counts. It is a front‑line role servicing our retailers. Merchandisers are responsible for working as a team to ensure all accounts are serviced in a timely manner.

• Reports to Merchandiser Trainer each morning for assignments
• Inspect vehicle condition (i.e., body damage, tires, fluids, safety issues, etc.) prior to leaving daily. Any issues should be noted to Merchandiser Trainer, Supervisor, or Manager
• Maintain a working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of all your accounts
• Visit assigned stores daily to break down the truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers, and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company
• Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating – FIFO
• Where required build displays, install, or distribute promotional materials
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• At least a year of driving experience
• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate
• Great work ethic and a team player
• Excellent time management
• Strong communication and math skills

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repetitively
• Must successfully complete a medical evaluation, including a physical evaluation designed to test the ability to perform basic physical job requirements.
