Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, maintains in‑stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Plans bakery production to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs following recipe measurement instructions; decorates bags, tips and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise, ordering, training and quality.
• Drives the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, preparing for seasonal events, identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns.
• Acts as a brand advocate by modeling high‑quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand road‑blocks and providing training, influencing, inspiring teamwork.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, expectations, communicates progress and recommends improvements.

• 6 months' experience in a Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time if hired.

Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
