SMS – Sales Merchandising Specialist – Off Premise

Salary: $18 per hour.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4pm.

Base Pay will be commensurate with the level of Spirit Wholesale Experience.

This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.

• Maintain a working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of all your accounts
• Be able and willing to complete assigned work scheduled on a daily basis even if extra hours are required
• Use basic carpentry skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity
• Pre-stage all permanent and Litho POS in a designated area the day/days before it is actually needed
• Sign off on POS forms and ensure they have proper approval
• Installation of permanent and paper POS sold in by supervisor and sales people within accounts in preferred and safe positions
• Double check w/ person who scheduled activity at an account the day before the work is done for additional needs and clarifications
• Be able to sell all types of POS
• Be able to choose and sell in locations with in an account in order to give Fisher
  59 POS the greatest exposure
• Ensure all permanent POS has a high visibility location and is securely installed
• Ensure all paper POS is used in the proper manner and quantity
