WhatYou'll Do
- Outbound Execution:
Build and run multi‑channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, Linked In) - Lead
Qualification:
Own both outbound and inbound qualification, identifying high‑potential prospects - Lead Generation & Research:
Identify and research new accounts and personas to target effectively - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with AEs to refine outreach and optimize pipeline generation - CRM Management:
Keep Hub Spot data clean and up to date - Process Optimization:
Share learnings, test ideas, and continuously improve performance
- Proven Track Record: 1+ year of success as an SDR or outbound seller, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Outbound Confidence:
Strong on the phone, strategic with messaging, and energized by targets - Growth Mindset:
Ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow quickly - Language
Skills:
Fluent in German, comfortable in English
