Branch Sales Associate – Part‑Time (Denton, TX)

We are actively hiring a motivated Part‑Time Branch Sales Associate to work our Denton, TX branch. This day‑shift position offers up to 28 hours per week, making it ideal for work‑life balance.

Carrier Enterprise distributes industry‑leading brands such as Carrier, Bryant, Payne, GREE, plus a full line of aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories. We proudly serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

As a Branch Sales Associate, you will promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products, build and maintain customer relationships, and support inventory management. Your efforts will directly affect sales growth and market reach, especially for our private label, Top Tech.

• Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our customer, dealer network and HVAC contractors.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing prompt and courteous service to walk‑in and telephone inquiries.
• Communicate product features and benefits, and actively promote our private label brand.
• Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
• Restock shelves, unload products, operate a forklift if required, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1‑3 years of experience in HVAC sales, counter sales, or related retail sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft applications).
• Background in commercial and residential HVAC parts; experience with contractors is desired.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
