What We Offer

$22 per hour

Full-time, Monday through Saturday schedule (Sunday offered as well)

• Deliver fresh bread and bakery products to grocery stores and local retail customers along your assigned route
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and reliable delivery
• Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate product accountability
• Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products to increase route revenue
• Operate your route efficiently while meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience at every stop

• Valid Driver's License
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Meet all DOT requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• MUST have previous Route Sales, Delivery Driver, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience!
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
