Master Service Technician - Glass and Door Services

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is seeking a Master Service Technician who lives and breathes glazing. This is not just another glass installation job—this is a role for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, thinking creatively
, and owning the outcome.

• Responding to a variety of service calls: glass replacements, door repairs, commercial hardware issues, custom retrofits, and more.
• Diagnosing problems quickly and accurately—then solving them with confidence.
• Working hands-on with glass, aluminum, hardware, weatherstripping, and seals—you're the go-to expert for it all.
• Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Taking initiative and making decisions in the field—because you know what you're doing.

• 10+ years of experience in glazing, service work, or commercial/residential glass.
• Master-level understanding of doors, storefronts, windows, commercial hardware
  , and glass systems.
• You don't just fix things—you figure things out.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt on the fly.
• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and your brain.

• Have experience with emergency board-ups or specialty glass (fire-rated, bullet-resistant, etc.)
• Know your way around access control or automatic door systems.
• Like being the person who gets it done when no one else can.
