We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer. As a General Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on job sites, support construction workers, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Help with site preparation (e.g., digging, setting up scaffolding).
• Perform general maintenance such as cleaning and organizing tools and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
• Assist with demolition and material disposal when required.
• Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Proficient with hand and power tools: saw, hammers, drills, measuring tape.
• Comfortable with assisting in different job duties, including cleaning.
• Able to work in all-weather conditions, both outdoors and indoors.
• Must be able to work 5 to 12 hour workday shifts.
• Flexible with coming in early and staying late based on job site deadlines.
• Must pass a drug test and background check (drug‑free work environment).
