Product Selector
Pay: $17.00 + picking bonus.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; overtime required when needed.
Base Pay: commensurate with level of Beverage Distribution Experience.
Schedule & Benefits: Full‑time position in a team environment – fun, fast‑paced, supportive company culture.
No experience necessary. Must be motivated and willing to learn and be coached.
Facility: State‑of‑the‑art climate‑controlled facility.
This position is accountable for building customer orders by placing products on pallets throughout the warehouse, locating products, loading them, and building a stable load. The role requires operating a walkie‑rider.
Job Duties- Perform a combination of tasks to prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (pallet jacks, walkie‑riders) throughout all areas of the warehouse to collect product from pallets, shelves, and other storage areas.
- Learn all product/date codes.
- Build a stable pallet containing a variety of shapes and sizes; continuous lifting.
- Read shipping orders to review products being selected and evaluate the way to build the order.
- Accurately pull product and wrap orders for bulk trucks and side‑load trucks/keg trucks; heavy lifting required.
- Assist with loading on‑premise trucks.
- Decision making, thoroughness and time management are a must.
- Be able to work independently in a fast‑paced warehouse operation and learn product locations.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Consistently lift 20‑50 lbs.
- Warehouse work experience preferred.
- Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including a physical, drug test and background screening.
