Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

The Accounts Payable Manager supervises the AP staff and is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications.

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle
• Supervise and mentor AP staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Collaborate with other departments
• Prepare and review AP reports and metrics for management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to business needs
• Highest level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
• Team player
