Hogan Lovells is seeking a detail-oriented professional with legal billing experience to join our team as a
** Client Account Specialist (CAS)**. In this role, you’ll manage the full billing and collections cycle for a portfolio of client matters, working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.

This is a full-time position with core hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. Flexibility for additional hours and occasional travel may be required.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Manage billing and collections from engagement through payment
* Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and fee arrangements
* Prepare and submit accurate invoices and eBills
* Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
* Monitor billing trends and prepare forecasts and reports
* Troubleshoot eBilling issues and follow up on collections
* Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Three (3)+ years of experience in legal billing, eBilling, and/or account management
* Law firm or professional services experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business (or equivalent experience)
* Familiarity with eBilling platforms (e.g., TyMetrix, Counsel Link, Legal Tracker)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Spanish language skills a plus

The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.  In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exists.
