Inventory Accounting Manager - Unlimited PTO / Bonus

Denver, CO. Relocation offered.
Our client is a prominent manufacturer seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to manage inventory accounting processes in a thriving, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the entire inventory accounting process, including raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Perform ledger and bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Lead cost accounting activities, including variance analysis, margin analysis, and cost trend forecasting.
- Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve company objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, to enhance inventory accounting processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, focusing on inventory accounting.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain processes and handling large volumes of inventory.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Oracle and Oracle Fusion.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Exceptional skills in ledger and bank reconciliations.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
