Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage all aspects of accounts payable across multiple business entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy, and a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.

• Process a high volume of invoices weekly across multiple entities.
• Verify, code, and reconcile invoices with appropriate approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Maintain vendor files, handle inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month‑end close.
• Track and verify vendor statements and credits.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to ensure efficient processing.
• Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience managing accounts across multiple business units.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Restaurant
  365 or similar a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site corporate office environment.
