We are recruiting for a Senior Tax Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join a small progressive accounting firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients while contributing to a culture that values both technical excellence and creativity.

$80,000 – $110,000 per year

• Prepare and review small to medium‑sized business tax returns
• Prepare and review individual tax returns, primarily for high‑net‑worth clients
• Collaborate with partners and team members in a hybrid work setting
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• 3–6 years of tax preparation and review experience
• Strong knowledge of business and individual tax compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in leveraging new technology to enhance workflows
