Job Description

AIR is preparing for growth in 2026. We are adding positions to several accounting departments. Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are hiring a Senior Manager of Accounting (Treasury) to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO
. This role will lead our treasury accounting efforts, specifically cash, cash management, and settlements, and will drive process improvement for Accounts Payable, Intercompany, and Bank Reconciliations.

Where You Will Work

The corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values teamwork and so this position will be in‑office 5 days a week to support operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead a team of accountants responsible for AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and payment processing, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Oversee technical accounting and reporting requirements related to treasury accounting functions, specifically cash, AP, and intercompany.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create effective and efficient processes, optimize systems, and enhance Kyriba for cash management and forecasting as well as Blackline’s reconciliation tool.
  • Develop automation opportunities and oversee solution management, including matching for AP in Blackline.
  • Manage audit and SOX workflows and serve as the external auditor liaison.
  • Maintain relationships with AP/AR and cash stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced accounting concepts, theories, and principles to develop solutions to problems while adhering to GAAP, company policies, and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • 7+ years of experience overseeing processing and recording accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team, preferably in Treasury.
  • Confident communicator with the maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders.
  • Thrives on driving innovation and change that propels the business forward.
  • Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem‑solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.
  • CPA preferred.
