Salary: $65,000 – $72,000 per year

Lotus Concepts Management operates some of Colorado’s most exciting hospitality venues, including restaurants like View House, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, and the newest concept Belles & Boots. We are a fast‑paced, growing company looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team.

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in our day‑to‑day accounting operations. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

• Record and maintain general ledger entries for multiple hospitality entities
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Assist with month‑end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and accruals
• Support the preparation of internal financial statements and management reports
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes as needed
• Ensure financial data is entered accurately and timely into accounting systems
• Maintain organized documentation to support financial audits and tax filings
• Collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
• Participate in the implementation of process improvements and accounting best practices

• Experience with Quick Books (online or desktop) is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role, preferably in hospitality or multi‑entity environments
• Working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• CPA track or certification is a plus, but not required
