Individual applicants residing in the US only. About the role. As an Onboarding Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients guiding them through system setup, data clean-up, and preparing their accounts for ongoing success. This is a client-facing, high-touch role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage a large portfolio with speed and accuracy.
What you’ll do.
Qualifications.
- 2+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role.
- Public or multi-client accounting background.
- Proficient in Quick Books Online setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting.
