Senior Accountant

Our client, a VC-backed early-stage tech, home services company, is hiring a Senior Accountant in Denver, CO (4 days/week in-office)!

They are on a mission to electrify homes for healthier, more sustainable living. With a lean, close-knit team (~25 people), this is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing company at the forefront of residential clean energy.

• First dedicated Accounting & Finance hire – you will run the full accounting cycle and help shape financial processes from the ground up.
• Partner closely with the CFO and cross‑functional teams while building systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Gain exposure to FP&A and strategic initiatives as the company scales.

• 4+ years of experience (5–7 years ideal), CPA preferred.
• Hands‑on full‑cycle accounting experience across revenue, expenses, inventory, contractors/subcontractors, and complex transactions.
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments (startups preferred).
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, proactive, and process‑oriented.
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting systems a plus.
• 4 days/week in‑office in Denver, CO
