Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Oversee accounts receivable, including customer billing, payment tracking, and collections.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
Support additional accounting projects and initiatives as needed.
Strong general ledger accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation.
Experience with accounts receivable, billing, and account reconciliations.
Background in construction accounting strongly preferred.
Experience with Computer Ease is a plus, but not required.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting responsibilities.
Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a team.
