We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations across multiple business entities. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position will lead financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and accounting operations while managing and developing an accounting team.

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage consolidated financial statements, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting in partnership with department leaders.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate intercompany billing, shared services, and annual tax preparation support.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.

• 8-12+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing direct reports.
• Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA/CPA-track, or MBA preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
