A growing organization is seeking an Accounting Services Manager to join its accounting team in a newly created role supporting both internal accounting functions and customer-facing shared services operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing high-volume transactions, and partnering with customers and vendors to ensure accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shared accounting services for customer and vendor accounts.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, aging reports, collections, and credit management processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Prepare and post general ledger entries and support month-end accounting activities.
• Monitor vendor compliance with financial agreements and ensure accurate rebate tracking and collection.
• Assist with order processing and operational accounting workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that support company growth and scalability.
